Purpose and Ownership

This is a private reference site. It is not owned, operated, approved, or sponsored by a sheriff, court, jail, corrections department, parole office, probation office, or other public body. The site does not keep official custody or release records. It cannot confirm whether a person is confined, order or arrange anyone's release, change a record, submit a filing, or speak for a government office.

Its purpose is to organize links and practical information about Crawford County inmate and jail records, Georgia corrections and supervision systems, and outside research tools. Official Crawford County records remain with the agency that created them and may be governed by the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70 et seq., along with applicable exemptions and access rules.

Acceptable Use Rules

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects other people, public systems, and site operations. By using it, you agree that you will not:

• Violate any local, Georgia, federal, or other applicable law.
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person.

No Consumer Reports

Crawford County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use site content, linked results, custody data, release information, or public records for any purpose regulated by the FCRA, including:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, reassignment, or another employment decision.
• Housing applications, leases, or tenant screening.
• Creditworthiness, lending, debt, or insurance premium decisions.
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program when the FCRA applies.
• Any other decision or service covered by federal consumer-reporting law.

External Resources

The site may link to sheriff and corrections websites, release-record sources, government portals, courts, legal-aid resources, and outside search services. A link is provided for convenience and does not amount to an endorsement, warranty, or adoption of the outside provider's content. Crawford County Released Inmates does not control third-party accuracy, availability, security, privacy practices, data handling, or service terms. Review the provider's own policies before using an external resource or sharing information with it.

Information Without Warranties

The site and its contents are offered “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, no express or implied warranty is made about:

• The accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or current status of information.
• Continuous, prompt, or uninterrupted site operation.

Custody status, release information, court dockets, and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from the Crawford County Sheriff's Office, Crawford County Jail, a Georgia court, GDC, or another government agency. Confirm material facts with the office responsible for the original record.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Crawford County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and partners will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from access to, use of, reliance on, or inability to use the site or an external resource. This limitation applies even if someone was advised that a loss might occur.

Your Duty to Indemnify

Site Intellectual Property

You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative material from that content without prior written permission. Rights in government records and third-party materials remain with their respective owners.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective when they are posted on this page. Continued use after a revision means you accept the version then in effect, so review this page when returning to the site.

Access May Be Revoked

We may suspend, limit, or block access to all or part of the site at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. This right applies whether or not a user's conduct has already caused harm or violated a specific term.

Georgia Governing Law

Georgia law governs these Terms and Conditions, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction located within the State of Georgia.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose as closely as the law permits.
